Free forging refers to the deformation of steel ingots into the desired shape and size through basic operations such as hammering, upsetting, stretching, and bending without mold limitations. The free forging process is flexible and suitable for single piece and small batch production, as well as the manufacturing of large and complex forgings. We can customize design and production according to customer drawings, and our product range includes shaft forgings, disc forgings, Ring forgings, cylinder forgings, and module forgings. The heat treatment states include annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, etc. According to customer needs, the delivery status can be rough machining or precision machining. We can customize the maximum weight of a single forging to be 350 tons, with a maximum length of 30 meters. The maximum diameter of a ring forging can reach 13 meters, and the maximum diameter of a cake forging can reach 6 meters.

High quality electric arc furnace refining and vacuum degassing process is used for raw material production, ensuring no defects such as pores, sand holes, cracks, etc. in raw materials, low levels of harmful components such as sulfur and phosphorus, and compliance with national standards for harmful gases such as N, H, O, etc;

2. The forging process is reasonable, with a forging ratio greater than 5. The raw material is repeatedly and fully upsetting and elongating to eliminate defects such as porosity, refine grain size, and increase the density of the structure;

3. After forging, tempering treatment is carried out to eliminate forging stress, refine grain size, make the metal structure uniform, facilitate processing, and lay a foundation for subsequent heat treatment;

4. full testing before shipment, such chemical composition, size, UT, MT, mechaincal properties, microstructure, macrostructure.
