free forging refers to the deformation of steel ingots into the desired shape and size through basic operations such as hammering, upsetting, stretching, and bending without mold limitations. The free forging process is flexible and suitable for single piece and small batch production, as well as the manufacturing of large and complex forgings. We can customize design and production according to customer drawings, and our product range includes shaft forgings, cake forgings, Ring forgings, cylinder forgings, and module forgings. The heat treatment states include annealing,normalizing, quenching, tempering, solution treatment, etc. According to customer needs, the delivery status can be rough machining or precision machining. We can customize the maximum weight of a single forging to be 350 tons, with a maximum length of 30 meters. The maximum diameter of a ring forging can reach 13 meters, and the maximum diameter of a cake forging can reach 6 meters.

The melting method of forged material is EF+LF+VD


Heat treament: annealing, normalizing, Quenching and tempering, solution annealing.
