The melting method of forged material is EF+LF+VD

Heat treament: annealing, normalizing, Quenching and tempering, solution annealing.

Product advantages:

2. The forging process is reasonable, with a forging ratio greater than 5. The raw material is repeatedly and fully upsetting and elongating to eliminate defects such as porosity, refine grain size, and increase the density of the structure;

3. After forging, tempering treatment is carried out to eliminate forging stress, refine grain size, make the metal structure uniform, facilitate processing, and lay a foundation for subsequent heat treatment;
