The Drilling Stabilizer is a key component used during drilling operations to provide borehole stability and optimize drilling efficiency, It is placed at 

appropriate locations along the drill string to form the bottom hole assembly.


Our high-quality stabilizers are manufactured according to API 7-1 and NS-1 standards and are available in various categories including Integral Spiral Blades, 

Replaceable Sleeves, Float Valves, and Non- rotating, Spherical, and Non-Magnetic materials.


Our stabilizer bodies are made from AISI 4145H Mod Alloy Steel, fully heat treated to 285-341Brinell hardness 52 joules min. impact strength.


Drilling stabilizers are customized for specific applications with a range of O.D sizes, blade lengths, and hard-facing including HF1000(Welding YD solder),

 HF2000(Hard alloy bars and YD solder), HF3000(Hard alloy strip), HF4000(Hard alloy column), and HF5000. The hard facing protects the stabilizer blades 

from abrasion and erosion during drilling. Selecting the optimal hard-facing method and materials depends on the expected formation characteristics and

 required service life. Our engineering team can recommend customized hard-facing solutions to extend stabilizer performance in demanding drilling operations.


1. Material: 4145H MOD ,P550,P540,P530

2. Shape: It is the round pipe with smooth surface and thick wall, and the both ends are machined screw thread for connection.

3. Use: It is mainly used for the inspection in the process of petroleum drilling.

4. Standard: API Spec 7-1 or SY/T5144 Standard.

5. Inspection&Test: When producing, traceability are maintained from the receipt of raw material to completion of final products, and serial numbers are die-stamped on each workpiece body. During each manufacturing process, inspection and test are performed.

6. For non-magnetic Magnetic materials.  permeability(MPS=1×105/4∏A/m)

1). Average: Ur<1.010.

2). Magnetic Field Gradient: ΔB≤0.05μT.
